The Beginning
At Modinno Dwellings, we don’t simply build homes — we curate refined living environments where architecture, craftsmanship, and purpose converge.
Guided by the philosophy “Modern Design | Innovative Build,” the name MODINNO represents the fusion of Modern and Innovation, the foundation of everything we create.
Founded by Faisal Zia, Modinno was born from a clear vision: to bring modern architectural excellence and advanced construction methods into residential living, delivered with precision, intention, and no unnecessary compromise.
That vision was deeply shaped during a visit to the Bachman-Wilson House at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, designed by the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright. A masterclass in mid-century modern design, it reflects a seamless harmony between structure, nature, and timeless form — a philosophy that continues to inspire our work today.
Based in Ontario, Canada, Faisal’s approach is deeply personal. As a family man inspired by his wife and five children, he understands that a home is more than a structure, it is the foundation of memory, connection, and legacy. This belief is embedded into every Modinno project.
